Computer To Plate (CTP)

We have undergone a development of our production focus by introducing Computer To Plate imaging technology.
Computer To Plate (CTP) is an imaging technology used in modern printing processes. In this technology, an image created in a Desktop (DTP) application is transferred directly to a printing plate.
In the graphic arts industry, the computer-to-plate (CTP) has digitalized the process of the plate making and the new plate-setting systems use laser beams to directly write images onto printing plates rather first exposing a film then transferring the image to the plate. The digital direct plate imaging method eliminates troublesome film processes.
CTP has multiple advantages over the other conventional printing process. The biggest advantage is removing the film generation and chemical usage layer. CTP improves the quality output as the intermediate films used in other methods can potentially have scratches or other issues.
CTP is preferred for its faster process and const-effective nature.
